Job interviews are terrifying for most introverts, including myself. We often have to lie and pretend to be extroverts to get a job. Introverted qualities like being a good listener, more focussed on details, and able to work on their own are not as appreciated as extroverted qualities such as being a good team player, outgoing, and mixing well. That is a pity because introverts are usually reliable, allegiant, and hard-working employees.
